At SHI LOVES, we happily offer returns on all full price items, excluding sale items. We will accept returns for 'change of mind reasons' within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds must be processed using the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you need to return an item, the postage cost is covered by the customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the funds to be refunded into your account.
To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be within the 14 day period.
- The product is not worn, damaged and is in the original packaging.
- The original label/swing tag is intact and not damaged.
- We do not refund or exchange on sale items.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will then contact you regarding the required information to process your return. We accept exchanges for full price items only. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or different style please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of order. Please ensure you have contacted SHI LOVES, before sending your items in the post.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If your products are found to be faulty, the product will be refunded or replaced. This applies if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not the result of normal wear and tear.
